About the maker
This website is operated by handmadearts. All items are handmade artworks and walking sticks created individually by the maker.
Products
All items shown are handmade and unique. Natural variations in wood, colour, grain, and finish are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
Availability
- Finished pieces are sold on a first-come basis.
- Once a piece is sold, it will no longer be available for purchase.
- Custom and commissioned work is agreed separately via direct communication.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping
- Shipping costs and methods will be confirmed at the time of purchase or by direct communication.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- The maker is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or courier services.
Returns and refunds
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the work:
- Finished items may be returned only if they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Custom or commissioned items are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
- Any issues should be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Intellectual property
All images, videos, and content on this website remain the property of handmadearts and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
The maker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its products, except where required by law.
